Nicole Madigan
Nicole Madigan joined EXTRA in 2006 after several years in print journalism.
After graduating from Griffith University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Communications she commenced a cadetship with independent newspaper The Reporter, based in Brisbane’s south.
In 2003, Nicole joined Quest Community Newspapers. During the same year, she completed work experience at Extra, fuelling her interest in television journalism.
Nicole remained with Quest for the next three years writing for the Albert and Logan News and later, The Southern Star where she covered rounds including entertainment, police, multicultural affairs, education and features.
Nicole keeps herself busy by completing her Masters degree and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys reading, yoga and has recently taken up mountain biking.
